Public Relations Secretary

According to the Organic Law on the Prosecutor's Office, one of the links ensuring the representation of the agency within the country is the Public Relations Secretary.

The Public Relations Secretary is an employee of the Prosecutor's Office, empowered with representative powers by the Prosecutor General, who:

- Ensures coordinated relations between the Prosecutor's Office and state authorities, other organizations, institutions and representations, and promotes rapid and effective communication;

- Ensures the preparation of proposals regarding legislative amendments;

- Coordinates and, if necessary, participates in the activities of interdepartmental working groups;

- Performs other functions determined by the Prosecutor General.
